Casa Myria is a beautiful panoramic apartment of approximately 130 square meters, located on the first floor of the "L’Uliveto" residence. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people in 8 rooms: entrance, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a large living/dining room, a separate kitchen, and a covered veranda with a sea viw.
From the entrance, you enter the living room, which features a pleasant seating area tastefully furnished with a brand-new sofa, coffee table, pantry, and TV stand. There is also a dining area with a table that can seat up to 6 people. The living room opens onto the covered veranda, where you can relax, have breakfast outdoors, or dine by candlelight. The view of the garden and the sunsets over the Aeolian Islands is magnificent.
The brand-new kitchen is connected to the dining area of the living room and leads to a small terrace with a mountain view. Spacious, modern, and fully functional, it is equipped with a 4-burner stove, oven with grill, refrigerator, freezer, and everything needed for preparing even elaborate meals.
The master bedroom, furnished with a queen-size bed, a 6-door wardrobe, two nightstands, and two chests of drawers, is independent. A hallway leads to a bathroom with a shower cubicle, which also includes a washing machine. The hallway also provides access to a separate sleeping area, which contains a comfortable room with two single beds (that can be joined to form a double) and a large window overlooking the mountain side. A third room, featuring a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, nightstands, and a chest of drawers, is located on the sea side, with a small balcony offering views of the magnificent sunsets and the deep blue of the sea.This charming holiday home is also equipped with WI-FI internet, satellite TV, and air conditioning. Residents have access to the tennis court, a children's play area, and a communal outdoor barbecue. The beach in front is free and easily reachable (80 meters) via a private exit from the Uliveto park. There are also beach establishments offering umbrellas and sunbeds. Umbrellas and sunbeds are also available for our guests at our private beach in San Giorgio (7 km away), along with all other services we provide.
At the reception of Le Palme Garden (7 km away), our staff will be available to provide any information or assistance to ensure you have a pleasant and relaxing holiday. You can rent transportation or boats, book excursions or restaurants, access the internet, or simply relax and chat. With us, you’ll find not just delightful holiday homes, but, above all, a friendly and welcoming environment that will always do its best to ensure that you enjoy all the beautiful things that our diverse and surprising “Sicily” has to offer.
