CASA HIMERA is one of the two wonderful panoramic penthouses we own at the third floor of the Residence L'Uliveto. This holiday home of 75 square meters boasts a large terrace with an amazingly breathtaking view over the Aeolian Islands and the most glorious sunsets one can admire around here. It is pleasantly and elegantly furnished throughout and can comfortably host a family of 4 + 1 persons in two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom.  Walking through the entrance, on your right hand side, you'll find a separate corridor that allows privacy to all this area, where there are : - a spacious main bedroom furnished with a wrought iron queen-size bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, which window opens in view of the mountains steeping up ; - a second delightful room equipped with a chest of drawers and an extra fold-away single twin sofa bed with a window to the same view; - a spacious bathroom with shower, where the washing machine is fitted in as well. 

  The well sized kitchen area is partially isolated from the main room and, kitchen itself is roomy enough and fully equipped with four burners, oven, fridge, freezer and whatever you might be in need of in order to prepare a good meal.  The large and delightful sitting room has a dining area sitting up to 8 persons, two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a TV set.  A patio door opens to the wide sheltered balcony overlooking the extensive landscaped garden below and the fantastic colours of our famous sunsets over the skyline of the Aeolian Islands of Filicudi and Alicudi. This is a place where to have breakfast or dinner, or lie down on deck chairs taking a rest or reading a book in the shade or simply sit and while sipping a good glass of wine enjoy the magic of the magnificent sea view from this cool, panoramic and private area  

FREE Internet WiFi, Sat TV, air conditioning, central heating, car parking, veranda furniture, washing machine are provided. Cot and high chair available upon request. In the communal park of L'Uliveto a children playground and a Tennis Court are available to our guests while a private gate gives direct access to the front free beach at a distance of circa 80 metres.

Parasols and sun deck chairs are also available to our guests of L'Uliveto on our private area of the sandy beach in San Giorgio (8 Km) where a FREE WiFi zone is available to our guests.
