Casa Flora is a cozy, comfortable and well furnished throughout property of 130 square meters located at the ground floor of the Residence L'Uliveto. It boast a large and well cared back garden of 200 square meters in view of the mountains steeping up, and a front ample sheltered veranda overlooking the sea. This holiday home offers spacious accommodation for 6 persons in 3 bedrooms, living-dining room, kitchen and one bathroom. Walking through the entrance, on your left hand side, you'll find an airy bedroom furnished with a double sofa bed, a chest of drawer and a practical desk, which door window gives access to the main front panoramic veranda. On the right hand side of the entrance, walking through a separate corridor that allows privacy to all this area, there are : - a roomy main double bedroom furnished with a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, which door window gives direct access to the back garden ; - a delightful 2 single twin bedroom equipped with a chest of drawers with a window to the same view; - a spacious bathroom with shower where the washing machine is fitted in as well.
The well sized kitchen, is a cheerful corner, fully equipped with fridge, freezer, four burners, oven and all the paraphernalia you might need to cook whatever you might feel like cooking. Its door window gives access to the partly paved private garden of the house, furnished with a dining table and sun loungers, the right place where to have breakfast or dinner, or lie down on deck chairs taking a rest or reading a book in the shade in a cool and private area. By the means of an alternative path bordering the garden you will be able to reach the beach directly, simply wearing your swimming suit.FREE Internet WiFi, Sat TV, car parking, veranda and garden furniture, washing machine are provided. Cot and high chair available upon request. In the communal park of L'Uliveto a children playground and a Tennis Court are available to our guests while a private gate gives direct access to the front free beach at a distance of circa 80 metres. Parasols and sun deck chairs are also available to our guests of L'Uliveto on our private area of the sandy beach in San Giorgio (8 Km) where a FREE WiFi zone is available to our guests.
